Doctor Who has such a rich and varied history that, at different times in its development, quite accomplished people in front of and behind the cameras have been overshadowed by other talented people through no real fault of their own.
In this episode, Rob and Dave seek to redress the balance to some degree by naming their cast and crew members who were ‘living in the shadows’ of others during their time on the show. Examples come from 60s, 70s, 80s, and Nu-Who.
Of course, the episode also features news and mini-topics, including some remarks on the passing of Paul Darrow, who was very dear to Dave and greatly respected by Rob, too.
